Waterbug is a prototype built to put many hours on Valley Engeering redrive unit.Prototype Waterbug is 14 ft long with 48" bottom, 1904cc VW engine with Valley Engineering redrive unit and a 72" wooden prop. It runs in the upper 40 m.p.h. A 2nd prototype is being constructed with a bigger boat for better control over the boat.
