Turkey Tetrazzini

  • Boil 1/2 pound spaghetti

  • Dice up 2 cups of leftover turkey   can substitute 2 cans of tuna, drained, for turkey, too.

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

  • 1 3 once can sliced mushrooms

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¼ cup ripe olives (optional)

Add 1/2-cup milk to a can of Cream of Mushroom soup.  Add the turkey to the soup mixture.  Place two-thirds of the spaghetti in a flat greased casserole dish.  Spread the turkey-soup mixture on top of that

 Add the rest of the spaghetti.   Sprinkle the top generously with grated Parmesan cheese.   Add a very thin layer of crushed corn flakes and dot it with butter.
