Tom Collins (Chip's Poison)

• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

• 3 ounces gin

• 1 1/2 tsp powdered sugar

• 2 ice cubes

• 6 ounces clud club soda

• 1 slice orange

• 1 Maraschino cherry

A Tom Collins glass, Place the lemon juice, gin and sugar in the glass and stir to dissolve the sugar.  Add the ice cubes, fill the glass with soda and stir briefly.  Garnish the drink
