Beans (Backwater Jacks)

3 lemon wedges 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tablespoon hot sauce 1 Tablespoon chopped jalapeno

32 oz. Broth 2 pounds of Black Beans soaked with salt

1 Tablespoon Cumin 1 Tablespoon Parsley

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1Teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Cook beans in slow cooker of low over night. Rice should be prepared using
broth (instead of water) and spice with Cajun spice to taste.
