UN Baked Cheese Cake 

Filling

  • 1 pkg. (3 ounce) lemon Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water 
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can Millnot, well chilled
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small can Pineapple

Crust

  • (2ne wrapper of cracker)
  •  1/2 cup Sugar
  • ¼ lb. (1 stick) butter

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in bowl; mix well.  Spread over the bottom of 9x13 pan, save about a cup to sprinkle on top. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.  Chill until thickened, While Jell-o is setting up, Beat cream cheese, vanilla extract and sugar in bowl until creamy. In a separate bowl, beat Millnot until fluffy; When Jell-o is thickened, combine milk and Jell-o, stir in cream cheese mixture.   Spread drained pineapple in pan, spoon filling over crust.  Must set in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.  Top with cherry, blueberry or any flavor pie filling.
