Sausage
and Egg Brunch
Layer 2 ½ cups seasoned croutons in greased cake (or casserole) pan, 9x13 inch. Add 1 ½ cups layer of grated cheese; brown sausage and layer over cheese. Beat together eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and mustard; pour layers in pan and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, layer the ½ cup grated cheese on top; mix mushroom soup and milk, then pour over all and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
