Sandy's Sugar Cookies                                    

• 1 cup Margarine            
• 1 cup Oil                        
• 1 cup Sugar                 
• 1 cup Powder Sugar        
• 1 tsp Vanilla                  
• 2 Eggs                      
• 1 tsp Soda                 
• 4 1/2 cups Flour                  
• 1 tsp Cream of tartar    
• 1 tsp Salt                   

Thoroughly cream margarine, oil, and sugars.  Add vanilla and eggs.  Sift all dry ingredients together and stir in.  Chill in refrigerator.  Dip out 1" ball of dough and drop on lightly greased cookie pan.  Press down lightly with a glass dipped in sugar.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake till tan (around 8 minutes)  Makes approx. 60 cookies
