Salad Italiano

  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. uncooked small shell macaroni

  • 4 new red potatoes, cut in half & sliced

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen Cut Green Beans

  • 1 tbl. olive oil

  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tuna packed in water, drained & broken into pieces

  • 1 medium tomato, seeded & chopped

  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions

  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

  • 2 eggs, hard boiled & sliced

In large saucepan, cook macaroni as directed on package, adding potatoes and green beans during last 5 to 7 minutes of cooking time.  Cook until vegetables and macaroni are tender; drain.  In large bowl, combine vegetables and macaroni with olive oil; toll lightly.  Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 1/2 hours.

Add tuna, tomato and green onions to macaroni mixture.  Add salad dressing; stir gently to coat. Top with sliced eggs.
