Red Beans and Rice

  • 3 cans of hot chili beans

  • 1 can diced tomatoes with jalapeņos  

  • 1 Williams 2 lb chili seasoning package

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 10 dashes of Tabasco sauce

  • 10 dashes of Worcestershire sauce 

  • 1 medium Onion (diced)

  • 2 stalks of celery (diced) 

    Simmer onion and celery in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until translucent.  Cook beans, tomatoes onion mix and seasoning in slow cooker on low for 3 hours. Rice should be prepared using
    broth (instead of water).
