Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 Unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell      2 Eggs
  • 1 can (16 oz.) Solid Pack pumpkin           ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¾ cup Sugar                                          1 can (12 oz.) Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon                        1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Prepare pie shell. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in order listed above. Pour into pie shell.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees bake for 40 to 50 minuets or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
