Macaroni and Cheese

  • 1 Quart of Milk                         
  • 6 Tbl Butter                              4 slices of Velveeta  Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Salt                                  6 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper                           3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 lb Macaroni ( cooked)                           

Melt Butter, add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir over low heat; then stir in milk. Add salt and pepper. Remove milk from heat and stir in cheeses, mix well. Prepare pasta according to directions. Mix cooked pasta and cheese sauce together and pour in greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees,
