Linguini
and Calm Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 Cans Minced Clams with juice
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can tuna or 1 can whole clams
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 Onion (Minced)
- 1 Tablespoon parsley (fresh or dried)
- ½ Teaspoon White pepper
Simmer Onion, parsley and garlic in 3 tablespoons of butter. Add
all the rest of the ingredients and simmer. Cook one pound of
linguini according to package directions.
