Linguini Tutto Mare

  • 6 quarts water (salted) Put some Olive oil in water to keep the pasta from sticking

  • 1 lb of linguini

  • 8 oz chicken broth

  • 6.5 oz of clams with juice

  • 6 or more oz shrimp

  • 4 oz of crab meat canned

  • 4 oz mushrooms canned

  • 6 oz butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic 

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 

    Bring water to boil and add linguini, takes about 12 minutes to cook al dente (tender to taste) and while pasta is cooking, place rest of ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for at least 5 minutes.  When pasta is ready strain and add prepared sauce.  Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
