Lemon Meringue Pie
Mix together dry. Add 3 beaten egg yolks. Then add 2 cups water and cook until thick (heat until mixture comes to a full boil). Cool 5 minutes, add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoon of butter. Meringue Beat 3 egg whites until foamy. Gradually beat in 6 tablespoons of sugar. Beat until stiff. Brown at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool for 4 hours |
