K.F.C. Coleslaw

 Ingredients:

Cup. Very fine chopped cabbage (1 head)

1/4

Cup shredded carrot ( 1 medium)

1/2

Cup Sugar

1/2

tsp. Salt

1/8

Tsp. Pepper

1/4

Cup Milk

1/2

Cup Mayonnaise

1/4

Cup Buttermilk

11/2

Tbl. White Vinegar

21/2

Tbl. Lemon juice

 Directions:

Combine all ingredients (except cabbage and carrot).  Beat until smooth. Pour over chopped cabbage and carrots. Mix well and chill. Hint: use 2 one pound bags of coleslaw
