Gooey Butter Cake 

• 1 Yellow cake mix

• 3 eggs

• 1 tsp. vanilla

• 1 stick melted butter 

Mix together and spread in a 9x13 pan. 

• 8 oz cream cheese

• 1 box powdered sugar (4 cups)

• 1 egg

• 1 cup pecans (optional)

Mix together and gently spread over the above mix.   Bake at 325 degree for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
