Four Layer Dessert

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1stick margarine, melted

  • 1 Tbs. Sugar

  • 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans

  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

  • Cool Whip

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 large package instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 4 cups milk

  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine flour, margarine, sugar and 3/4 cup chopped pecans in bowl; mix well.  Press into 9x13-inc glass baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; cool. 

Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; mix well. Add 1 cup Cool whip and mix again.  Spread over cooled crust.

Combine the two packages of instant vanilla pudding mix, 4 cups of milk and 2 tsp. vanilla extract; mix well.  Put in refrigerator stiffen up; don't want it runny when spreading.  Spread over cream cheese layer.

Spoon additional Cool Whip over pudding layer.  Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Refrigerate
