Pasta with Mozzarella
Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in 10” skillet cook bacon over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until bacon is browned (6 to 8 minutes). Reduce heat to medium. Add broccoli and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisply tender (4 to 5 minutes). Add rigatoni and remaining ingredients except parsley. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted (3 to 5 minutes). Sprinkle with parsley. 6 servings |
