Caramel Fudge Icing

        Put in 2 quart sauce pan:

  • 1/3 cup of Butter                        

  • ¼ cup of Milk

  • 1 cup of Brown Sugar firmly packed

Over a very low heat stir and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Cool until hand can be comfortably placed on the bottom of pan.

        Stir in:

  • 2 cups Powder Sugar (one cup at a time)
  • 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla

        Beat until smooth. If too thick to spread, add 1/’2 tsp. Milk at a time.
