Apricot Glazed Ham

  • 1 small can frozen Orange Juice                              
  • 1 cup Apricot Preserves                     
  • 1/4 cup Orange Marmalade                
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Celery diced                           

        Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

        In small bowl, combine ingredients.  Spread preserves mixture over surface of ham.  Loosely cover and bake for 1 1/4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees, basting ham with pan juices every 20 minutes.
